Celebrate Earth Day throughout the entire month of April in the St. Croix River watershed by participating in our month-long Earth Day Passport Event!

Throughout the month of April, we want you to get out and explore the St. Croix River watershed. To make exploring even more fun, we have organized a passport challenge. Visit AT LEAST four (4) locations featured in the map below and take a photo while you are there.

This map shows the locations of parks and trails in the St. Croix River watershed. Click on the pins to learn about each destination; there will also be directions to specific locations within the parks and trails where you should go to take your photos. Link to map: http://bit.ly/sweepstcroix

All participants who visit at least four locations will be entered into a drawing to win a watershed prize basket! The basket includes:

  • One $10 gift card to Wisconsin State Parks
  • One annual vehicle permit for Washington County Parks

Upload your photos to facebook.com/sweep.stcroix with the hashtag #EarthDay2021 for your chance to win a gift basket that could include park passes, gift cards, coffee mugs, and more.

If you do not have Facebook, you can upload your photo to this Google Form. If neither of those options work for you, please email nicolebiagi@scramail.com.

SWEEP is a partnership of environmental education professionals within the St. Croix River watershed. Our mission is to inspire leadership in environmental education and stewardship through networking, community engagement, and collaboration throughout the St. Croix River watershed.
