The river is still at very high and dangerous conditions. The gauge at the St. Croix Falls dam reports 23,000 cubic feet per second (cfs) today. Normal flow is around 4,000 cfs. At Stillwater, it is still above 85 feet high. Normal height is below 78 feet.
